Saturday we had Caleb for the day and we had a lot of fun with him, we watched Konnor's soccer game then we went to the valley of fire for a halloween party. caleb had the time of his life there. He ran a sack race, threw hoops on the gave stones and a bunch of other things. Thanks caleb for the memories we love you

TO OUR SPECIAL ANGEL

Monday we had Rodger's funeral. It was very spiritual, the spirit was so strong and left you with a peaceful and wonderful feeling even though our special brother was gone. I miss him lots but know he is singing and dancing in heaven with his elder brother Jesus and his Heavenly Father.
He is so perfect now and wanting us to get our lives together so we can be with him again. He was a great person and taught many lessons about love, charity. He was the best helper anyone could ever have and was always happy to do what ever. We will miss him so much but know he is happy and free from pain. we love you buddy.

well today has been another emotional day for everyone, we had to order flowers, and all the other things, we sat around and told stories about Rodger and what fun we have had. It gave us a few laughs and lots of tears, but they were tears of love for Rodger. We miss him but know he is whole and in a better place.

FAREWELL TO RODGER TILL WE MEET AGAIN

Last night Rodger our son, brother, and uncle passed away. We had fifty five wonderful years with him. I was glad I got to spend some quality time with hime before he went back to his Heavenly Father. He was a special brother and had so many qualities. If we can only be as great as he was. We all have great memories of him dancing, putting puzzles together and always wanting his whole family around him. Let us all have our own time to grieve and especially grandma and grandpa. It will take some time for them, but hope we give them the time to do it. we love each other and hope the whole family will put their parents and grandparents feeling first. we love you all and will miss Rodger but we know he is always around us. love to the family

we are the whole family.

Listening to the news tonight , I just hope everyone is getting there food storage .

Story Hour With Uncle D

Uncle D Telling scary stories!!
Even Dad was entertained!! It was a dark-cold-rainy night in Overton yesterday, (perfect weather for scary stories!!) Darin kept the kids & dad entertained for a good 30 minutes! at the end Bailee told Uncle D his stories weren't really scary and he said he's saving the good ones for the KOA!!
