SLC

Ann and family, Darin and family and us went to slc to the 24th of july parade it was really fun. we later went over to the johnsons and had a bbq it was great seeing them. we had a great time we also visited jolene and family. we will probably be heading out today. we love being retired and being able to visit friends , family and just travel around.

AUGUST FOOD STORAGE GOALS

SPIRITUAL GOAL: Have family home evening with your family every monday night

PROVIDENT LIVING GOAL: Learn to preserve food in a way you haven't tried before make
sure your children receive blessings before school starts.

STORAGE GOAL: 100 quarts of fruit and or vegetables per person 24 pints of jams or jelly per
person school supplies, pet supplies.

72 HOUR KITS: 1 can tuna and 1 can pork and beans per person 1/2 lb dried milk or 6 shelf=
safe milk containers per person, 2 packets hot chocolate mix and 2 cups
instant soup packets per person disposable plates cups bowls and silverware
pet supplies be sure to include dishes. lease and extra water $25.00 cash

JUST TRAVELING

tomorrow we are going to big bear cal for a couple of days and then next week we will be going to salt lake city for the 24th for a few days it should be a lot of fun we like to travel and enjoy each other so much

BUNDY REUNION

we just got back from the bundy reunion, alisha and her family went and ann and jon and their family went. it turned out to be a very fun time. they had over 1192 people there and we had alot of fun, with dancing , family dinner, games talent contests and Bailey sang a song in bundy idol contest she did a excellent job.
can't wait till next year. Thanks ann, jon and alisha and family for going with us. we love our family so much

TRIP

me and ross just got home from going on a short trip we went to williams arizona to visit his brother clay and had a very good time, then we went to sedona arizona and spent a couple of days there and then came home we had a great time. we are enjoying retirement alot. then on thursday we are going to san diego cal with our kids and grandkids for our reunion i'm sure we will have a great time. we are just going to hang out at the camp and enjoy each other's company and let the kids play with their cousins then we will go to the ocean for a few hours. some might go to an amusement park, but not us this year. I can' wait to relax and enjoy my grandkids . what a fun time it will be.

CAMPING

we just got back from camping up by modena, amanda and her family ann and her family and me and ross went we had a blast. The weather was real cool and nice. We visited with family that we hadn't seen for about ten years and our kids had't seen them for almost twenty so ann and amanda got to see their cousins and their families. IT was great we love camping and being out in nature.
